Overview of the trading fee structure
There are two types of trading fee:
- Maker Fee: Trading fee charged for transactions as makers that refer to orders initiated to create an order book, pending matching fills.
- Taker : Trading fee charged for transactions as takers that refer to orders that have a matching order price in the order book and can be immediately filled.
Trading fee calculation
1. Calculate the trading amount
- Buy : Trading amount = purchase price × purchase amount
- Sell : Trading amount = selling price × selling amount
2. Confirm the trading fee rates
You can find the corresponding taker or maker fee rate based on the VIP level.
3. Calculate the trading fee
Trading fee = trading amount × fee rate
Example:
Assume that you are a VIP 0 user who plans to sell 2 ETH at the market price, with the current ETH price at 2,000 USDT.
- Trading amount: 2,000 USDT × 2 ETH = 4000 USDT
- Trading fee rate: 0.38%
- Trading fee: 4000 USDT × 0.38 % = 15.2 USDT
Therefore, you need to pay a trading fee of 15.2 USDT.
